The cottage is an integral part of the Utah Beach Estate, a 178-hectare estate in the heart of the countryside offering a variety of services.
The wooded driveway leading to the property was used early on by American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is located just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a town in the Cotentin Marshes Regional Park.
The estate consists of four cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm, and stables. The "Chez Arsène" restaurant serves dishes prepared every evening using fresh, local produce, as well as beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, "Utah Beef."

The price does not include: charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
