元は古いアパートを、内装・設備を新しくして、しかもとても清潔な状態で提供いただいています。 いい滞在になるようにとの気遣いを感じられる気持ちの良い宿です。 （シャワーのお湯の温冷が安定せず苦労しましたが（笑）） メールで来る自動連絡？からの返信ができなかったり、チェックアウトのこれも自動連絡？がチェックアウト後に来たり、がちょっと残念でしたが、 直接メールで丁寧にフォローいただきました。 ありがとうございました。

Very clean, the basic necessities were provided, although the property is tricky to locate and the physical exterior of the apartment is not attractive, it's compensated by the interior outlay of the apartment.im satisfied and happy I chose this place.

We wish there was one more table and chair available. Other than that it was very clean, lots of supplies like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels. Very close and walkable to Tokorozawa station and restaurants. We would stay there again thank you.

清潔でとても快適でした。 清掃が綺麗にされており、暖房をあらかじめ付けておいて下さるなど気配りが素晴らしかったです。 またガスコンロが有り、調理器具もある程度揃っていたので料理をする上でもありがたかったです（ザル・ピーラーがあるとより良いと感じました） また機会がありましたら利用したいです。

2泊3日で利用させて頂きました。まず、チェックインの際に冷房が付いていて、暑さの中での訪問でしたが涼しい室内で感動しました！また、施設の備品が豊富で突然の雨でしたが傘も置いてあり助かりました。日数分のタオル、シャンプー類、歯ブラシも置いてあり素泊まりには十分すぎる内容でした。パーキングから距離も近く、コンビニもあり困ることなく過ごせました！また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

部屋は綺麗で設備も揃っておりました。 お茶葉がなかったのがざんねん。 掛け布団しかなくモーフ1枚しかなく寒かったのがマイナスの点です。 コインパーキングから遠いのも残念。 家族で安く泊まるには良いところだとおもいます。

まずはお値段が安かった！ 施設は新しくはないが、キチンと手入れしてあって清潔感がありました。連絡もメールで過不足なく行えました。リモートでのチェックインでしたが案内も詳しかったのでスムーズに出来ました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

お世話になりました！

とても清潔にしてあり、家族で心地よい時間を過ごせました！ 担当の方の対応も良く、質問にも迅速に答えていただき、近くの駐車場やコンビニの位置も丁寧に教えていただきました。 3泊4日でいましたが、我が家かってくらい快適に過ごせました。 ベッドの寝心地最高！ 毎晩ぐっすりです。 改善してほしいことは、2点。 暖房はずっとつけていましたが、家の作りが問題なのか、なかなか効き目がありません。 寒くて、床もいつまで経っても冷たく、ハイハイの娘は手足がキンキンに冷えてしまいました。 あとは、ご厚意でおいて頂いたお菓子。 お掃除グッズの中にストックが入っていたのを発見してしまいました。 食べ物とお菓子のストックは分けて欲しかったです。
