Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel.

One of the best hotels during our trip to Japan. Very conveniently located next to a large railway station, with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Quite large, elegantly furnished rooms and extremely polite service.

Overall it is a great hotel and convenience

Overall it was an excellent stay . One thing I noticed was , there were no towels hanging hooks or anything that I can hang used wet towels other than above the tab or the sink . Those works for the smaller towels but not for the bath towel which it is a longer .
