The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size and the free shuttle was a big plus. The shuttle driver was very helpful with our bags. Unfortunately, the pool was not open since they only open the pool from July 1 -August 31st. Wish they had a gym.

Shuttle service to & from Narita Airport was convenient and much appreciated! There a several excellent restaurants within the hotel, with buffet and à la carte options available. The pool was closed unfortunately, but I enjoyed strolling in the small garden around the restaurant after dinner and breakfast.

We, a middle-aged couple, stayed here at the end of our trip to Japan. We were pleased that there was a large shuttle bus that took us from the airport to the hotel and back again. There were clear signs and staff available to help (luggage stored under bus). The hotel rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was a decent size with a king bed. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower combo. Amenities included coffee/tea, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pump bottles, hair brush, toothbrush & tiny tube of toothpaste, razor, and shower cap. Staff was very polite and helpful. Check-in and out were efficient and quick. We ate at the Serena Restaurant for dinner (excellent Japanese tempura meal & steak meal) and for the breakfast buffet (lots of Japanese breakfast items and some Western style items). There was a Lawson's convenience store in the hotel (well-stocked) and a lovely little gift shop (with limited hours sadly). The area around the hotel was industrial as it was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Narita Airport.

Beautiful property with very attentive service. Cons: The room was a bit dated. You couldn't have certain lamps on without also having the overhead light on, that wasn't nice for reading. It took me a minute to figure out how to flush the toilet (the original flush handle, the bidet control panel distracted me). It felt a bit like stepping back in time. Pros: The wifi was EXCELLENT. The buffet was very good -- lots of interesting small dishes to try. Someone else wrote they weren't flavorful but I disagree (but also, I live in a place with relatively bland food so). The bed was AMAZING. It's also wonderful having a 24h konbini in the lobby. I will stay there again.
