DEBBIE

I tried to reach out to the hotel to advise we accidentally booked with the wrong Holiday Inn. No one spoke English. We only needed the room for 1 night. When I tried to cancel no one could assist. We ended up having to get another room closer by. I called the Holiday inn again and no one spoke English. We had someone call and spoke Spanish they said the Van is on the way. We stood out there for hours not knowing they were 4 hours away. And still right at this moment I still cannot reach anyone. I am beyond disappointed. I shouldn't even be charged based on the situation and the fact no one speaks English and even those that do was not willing to help us.

We always stay here before our trips because it’s very close to the airport. We love the hotel because it’s quiet, clean, and the staff is usually very friendly. However, this time the front desk didn’t seem very approachable—maybe because it was busy. The rest of the staff was very friendly, though. Just a heads-up: the only restaurant on-site was closed on Sunday. We called a pizzeria to order for delivery, and we had to wait 2’hours for the food.

They didn't have a clean room, they gave us a room until 5:30 pm

Staff were robotic and did not even give us any direction to where our room was. The power cut off numerous times throughout the evening, once when a member of my party was in the swimming pool and got locked in the pool room in darkness. The lift doors kept closing extremely quickly and caused bruising to my arm. We were given conflicting information regarding the guest laundry room. The staff couldn’t decide between themselves whether it was actually open and working or not! We were catching a very early flight and requested a breakfast only to be informed. There was no vegetarian option. The room was very dated and cleanliness is definitely not next to godliness in this hotel.
