La atención al cliente en resección es muy mala la señora que me atendió tenía muy mala actitud y después dicen un precio y uno lo paga por internet cuando llegas al hotel tienes que pagar una tarifa de 150 dólares más por que dicen que es por la posición y la vista que tiene el hotel nos querían cobrar dos veces un tours y gracias que mi esposo pidió el recibo por que a la hora de salir del hotel nos querían cobrar nuevamente un día fui para la piscina y no me dejaron entrar por que había que pagar la entrada realmente lo único bueno de ese hotel es la limpieza de la habitación pero la atención al cliente es pésimo el desayuno los huevos crudos y muy poca variedad realmente no recomiendo a nadie que valla para ese hotel que son unos ladrones queriendo cobrar todo doble no le recomiendo a nadie ese hotel

Very comfortable rooms, except the sink in bathroom is too high (to my concern), everything clean such as the rooms as the common areas. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.
