Un 4 Ă©toiles qui n’offre pas de baignoire en chambre supĂ©rieure c’est systĂ©matiquement dĂ©cevant pour moi, attention Ă©tage sans ascenseur, RAS pour le reste, excellente table et personnel attentionnĂ©.

Bon... je reste mitigĂ©. L'accueil tres bien. La chambre ( deluxe) est propre et spacieuse, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bĂ©mol sur les terrasses qui sont toutes attenantes , pas top pour l'intimitĂ©. Le spa est bien, les massages sont de qualitĂ©s. Gros gros point noir, le restaurant. Inutile de rĂ©server ( chose que jai fait) ... table rĂ©servĂ©e pour 20h30 , ils nous ont mis au bar en dessous . Service du bar bof bif, accueil froid. On a finalement eu notre table a 21h30 . Pas meme un truc a grignoter ou a boire pour attendre en compensation. Pas mĂȘme un " excusez nous pour l'attente " , rien... table a peine dressĂ©e. Commande tres tres lingue a arriver. On a finalement mangĂ© a 22h30. Vu le prix des plats tres exagĂ©rĂ© pour ce que c'est, je ne penses pas revenir dans cet hotel . Dommage

Double sĂ©jour au Sarana, d'abord en chambre deluxe puis en suite junior : dans les deux cas, ravis du sĂ©jour. Le cadre est absolument exceptionnel au cƓur du cirque de Salazie, dans un calme total. Le service est agrĂ©able de la rĂ©ception au dĂ©part : nous avons randonnĂ© Ă  Mafate entre nos deux chambres, aucun souci pour garder nos bagages. Petit-dĂ©jeuner buffet de qualitĂ©, restaurant de l'hĂŽtel Ă©galement de bon niveau, chambres spacieuses, confortables et calmes. Excellente adresse pour visiter Salazie.

HĂŽtel trĂšs confortable, dans un environnement calme, chambre trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs propre. Le seul bĂ©mol est la qualitĂ© du service. Prenons l'exemple du petit dĂ©jeuner oĂč pour un hĂŽtel complet, il n'y a que 2 personnes pour prendre les commandes, rĂ©approvisionner le buffet, servir, desservir, bref un manque d'Ă©quipe. Pour un environnement pluvieux, PrĂ©voir un parapluie dans les chambres Ă  disposition. Petit dĂ©tail mais nous sommes arrivĂ©s sous la pluie, a aucun moment un parapluie a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© et nous avons marchĂ© jusqu'Ă  notre chambre sous la pluie. Des petits dĂ©tail importants pour un 4 etoiles. Nous restons sur une note positive de ce trĂšs bel hĂŽtel mais attention Ă  la qualitĂ© de service qui doit se montrer Ă  la hauteur d'un 4 Ă©toiles.

Accueil dĂ©sastreux. Ne vaut absolument pas un 4 Ă©toiles. HĂŽtel rĂ©cent mais trĂšs mal fini. Des bĂȘtes rampantes passent sous les seuils de porte donc envahissent la chambre. Chambre Ă  l’étage sans ascenseur avec personne pour aider Ă  porter nos bagages. Spa fermĂ© le jour de notre arrivĂ©e et impossible de rĂ©server pour le lendemain. Piscine avec la pompe Ă  chaleur cassĂ©e donc froide. Personnel qui fait des travaux bruyant et odorants au bord de la piscine Ă  11h. Seul point positif : le restaurant est bon. Je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel
