Bait and switch

If you plan to check in early, there’s a fee associated with it. We decided to roll the dice and pay because we needed to change for a wedding. Room was not cleaned very well at all. There was still bits of paper and lint on the floor. Rooms felt gross and outdated. There were stains on the carpet. The room did not reflect what the pictures showed on this site. They desperately need to be updated. Pool was nice for the kids, but it was over-chlorinated, and they ran out of clean pool towels.

The first room we had checked into wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay so they had to change our rooms. The second room we went into was filthy. All countertops were dirty. The sheets and bed cover were stained like something had been spilled. The bedding was also dirty. The floors weren’t vacuumed as well.

The room was great, breakfast good with real oatmeal , eggs and sausage etc. Only issue was that there was old food left dried/stuck to a shelf in the refrigerator in the room. Clearly had been there for a while and speaks to inattention by housekeeping staff.

Safe area to stay, unfortunately due to plumbing issues my family and I did not enjoy our stay. We had to move rooms once due to the water not getting even lukewarm. Our next room wasn’t any better. I’m generally not picky, but I need a good sleep and a hot shower. The hotel had a nice appearance and friendly staff, the soundproofing was non-existent. Unfortunately “quiet time was not enforced”

You Get What You Pay For

This hotel is pretty loud- you can hear people above you but the worst of it is there isn't carpet so you hear everything happening in the halls. It's a hotel where sports teams and large mobs of teenagers tend to be so beware if you need quiet. The pool is very small, no hot tub. It is heated and comfortable. It's super loud with a few kids in there and while we were there, they were out of towels. Breakfast was fine. Beds were fine. I booked it for value and got what I paid for. I'm used to Hilton/Marriot and it's definitely not that.
