Outstanding hospitality

Wonderful hospitality and by far the best choice for our six day stay in the area. Dinner was delicious and offered a great range! Staff were friendly, warm and helpful. Great access to Amalfi coast and Pompeii too.

Quiet visit in December

A bit of a drive outside of Salerno but easy enough to find. Probably a property more suitable for summer time visiting since the town and property features: empty pool, closed tennis court, etc. were a virtual ghost town during our visit in December. Staff were kind and friendly. Ok for a night stay.

Short stay in highly recommended hotel.

We got an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. We ate dinner at the hotel. The food was really good. We stayed only one night.

Enjoyed our stay. Great staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were there just for breakfast and out the rest of the day. The staff are friendly especially the restaurant staff and it’s really clean. The free shuttle is a life saver and saves you a fortune. The only drawback was the bunk bed in the family room. The top bunk had no sides to it so a bit dangerous and it just didn’t look very safe in general. I had nightmares of it folding shut on the kids but if you don’t have kids with you it’s no problem. They have a WhatsApp so you can communicate easily with reception. The only other drawback was that the restaurant area was let out for an 18th birthday party while we were there and it was quite noisy. They let off fireworks at midnight. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It was a lovely hotel. We had trouble finding it and arrived very late, so we did not get to really enjoy it. Our GPS put us in the middle of Salerno based on the address and it’s actually on the outskirts of Salerno. I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone, but when it was so late and we hadn’t checked in, someone from the hotel sent me a text. We texted back and forth, I switched to Google Maps, and we finally made it. The only other problem was that they were out of eggs at 0900 when breakfast ends at 1000. Because we got in so late, the hotel clerk said we could sleep in. It’s a good thing we didn’t because we would not have had breakfast. Because it was so nice, we would go there again.

Hotel offered shuttle to the city center train station or port which is amazing since the hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the city center. On site restaurant was a good dining option as there were limited restaurant around the property. Staff was very helpful.
