The Space:
This fabulous apartment is set within a modern development, has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The open plan living space comprises of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. You will be able to connect to high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The cosy bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. Salford Quays and Media City are within a 15 minute walk away. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short journey on the Metrolink (nearest stop 5 mins from the apartment) or a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot. The Metrolink is a quick option to get in to central Manchester, and the nearest stop is just 5 mins walk away. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
