The access code is automatically sent 3 hours before check-in—even if you don’t request it. If you’ve booked early check-in, you’ll receive the code accordingly. We also message guests in advance and give you a quick call on the day to ensure everything’s ready for your arrival.

Overstaying is not allowed. Please strictly check out at the designated time, as cleaners arrive promptly to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

We offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of £50, subject to availability. Please request this in prior so we can confirm and accommodate your needs.

Bringing extra guests beyond the maximum without permission is prohibited. (Let us know before booking)

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any violation will incur a £500 charge. (Professional Cleaning)

Any damage during your stay will be reported to VRBO for resolution.

No parties or unapproved guests are allowed at any time. All additional guests must be pre-authorized. Failure to comply will result in a £500 penalty for breaching house rules. Prior to check in Guest must pay security deposit (250 pounds for 25 yrs old above 500 for 24 yrs old below)
