The three bedroom duplex apartment is an apartment that will surprise you. It is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor is the double height living room where the wooden ceiling marks the evolution of the ceiling. Integrated with the living room is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The southeast facing terrace completes this pleasant space to enjoy with friends and family.
The bedrooms are distributed among the different floors. On the ground floor, next to the living room, one with two beds and on the upper floor two more, the main one with a double bed attached to the dressing room and the bedroom with three beds (two of them in bunk beds).
In relation to the bathrooms, one is on the living room floor and the other next to the two bedrooms on the upper floor.
And for the car a covered parking space.
