Small Charming House Very Quiet For 4 people near the beach

Charming house in a very quiet street located 5 kilometers from the large beach of Châtelaillon-Plage stretched over 3 kilometers of sand. We are 20 minutes from La Rochelle and 30 minutes from the Ile de Ré. Ultra modern Thalasso renovated in 2018, aquatic center and daily market in Châtelaillon-Plage.
This single storey house with an area of 40m2 has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed whose French window gives access to a garden bordered by plants in large colorful pots. A double sofa bed is available in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a television and wifi.
Garden furniture and barbecue are available. Private parking space. Animals are welcome.
Hearty breakfasts on request (6 euros per person).
