It was all great. If you offered decaf coffee and tea options at breakfast that would be awesome for those of us that can't have caffeine. It would have also been great if there was a hairdryers in the room.

This hotel is very clean and has great amenities. The building appears new. Gym, pool and hot tub. Good complimentary breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy access off the highway.

Overall, excellent experience. The rooms are large and the bathroom is beautiful. The pool is very clean and we had an awesome stay. My only complaint is the coffee is comparable to old gas station coffee! However, I will always pick this hotel when staying in Salmon Arm.

We had the WORST and TERRIBLE experience at Fairfield Inn in Salmon Arm during breakfast on July 21, 2025. The breakfast staff was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and UNKIND! I had two small kids: a 4yr-old and 8yr-old with special needs. We arrived at breakfast area at 910am. Dad stayed with the kids at the table while I was lining up for waffles. It was a LONG LINE UP because there was only one waffle-maker. Then few minutes later, lo and behold, the two staff ladies started to pack stuff and put away EVERYTHING!!! And I only made ONE WAFFLE for the whole family of 4. Tgere should have been a friendly warning, but there was NONE! The experience was as if someone bullied me and took away my packed lunch!! EW! Never coming back here! The experience was ZERO out of FIVE!!! It made me fuming mad. Additionally, my 4yr-old was heart broken by the experience. “Mommy, I did not have my breakfast yet!” He doesn't eat much. Fairfield breakfast does not even have the fruits that my 4yr-old wants. This terrible review was for him because in his experience “we should let them know they were rude!” We stayed in 3 hotels during our 12days road trip, and this was our last stopover heading back to Vancouver.
