Our room was awful. Blood stains on both mattresses, dirty floors, mirrors and bathroom. Air conditioner case was off, on the floor and the unit itself was filled with dust. Blankets and pillows were stained and appeared not to be washed. The Manager was sarcastic and didn’t seem to care that we were unhappy. We saw a bug scurry in the floor while the manager was there and he laughed and said “at least it wasn’t a snake”.

Old old old! Property hasn’t been updated in a long time, and really needs it. Very limited wifi unless you complain and then you might get access to a different network that works very well. Very limited breakfast - fruit, juices, yogurt cereal and toast. We were travelling with another couple and wanted to maybe have a drink and a game of cards or something but nowhere in common area for that sort of thing. Couldn’t visit n the rooms as there is only one chair. Room was a good size but again everything was quite dated. Location is on the outskirts of town so not a lot of amenities walkable. All in all I’d give this Super 8 a 6.5/10.

AVOID this Super 8

Not as pictured. It smelled of rancid body odor in the lobby and was incredibly dirty. Our 1-year-old son crawled on the floor in our room for 10 seconds and had black knees and hands. We decided to leave immediately after that and stay elsewhere. We were told they would give a full refund as we chose not to stay after checking in, but after a month, they continue to deflect and deny the refund. Don't waste your time or money, spend $50 elsewhere and you will be infinitely better off.

Great staff

The room was fine, but the staff was exceptional. We didn’t have enough towels so we called the front desk and minutes later they brought some up. The tv remote wasn’t working so we called down again, and before we could turn around they were up to fix it. The best of all was after we had checked out and left, my son realized he lost his wallet. We called to hotel, and the lady at the desk ran to the room and found it. She called us back minutes later. Fantastic people working there

The property needs a serious upgrade. The carpets throughout are absolutely filthy. The lights in the hallway are so low you can’t see where you are going, perhaps so you don’t see the state of the carpets. Big stains in the room throughout. Windows filthy, can’t see out. I would never stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights, didn’t get the room we reserved, room was not cleaned after first night stay. No microwave, no couch, disgusting carpets, old chairs with no support, only was provided shampoo and soap no conditioner. Towels were old and stained. They got us once, never again. Really not what we expected at all from a Super 8. Don’t book, it’s a waist of money.

They should not be advertising free breakfast!!! They had cereal. Coffee maker in room did not work. Pet friendly room was disgustingly dirty. Why would you have carpet in a pet friendly room?!!!

Pretty sure the front desk staff was sleeping and was upset to be woken up to check us in. There were flat, dirty pillows (3 for a king?) and we had to ask for more. They left a back door open all night propped with a rock even though someone on drugs was sleeping by the front entrance.

We arrived late in the evening for check in after travelling for the day. Our host told us our room was 208 we went and opened that door only to interrupt a room that already had guests in it. We looked through our paperwork to find that it was actually room 218 and our room key opened that door as well without being reprogrammed. The next day we tried our key card on several rooms without opening doors and all doors give us the green light. As a parent with young children and a wife who travels alone this is unacceptable to give a master key to a guest. I would not stay here again

Very poor lighting, room doors are falling from hinges, no housekeeping during 3 stay. Front desk service very slow. Breakfast was disappointing so went elsewhere. Appliances in room not plugged in and had to move about room to get to elecrical service.

They would say this is a low price option however there are many basic things that could have been better managed. We had reserved 4 rooms in all and the experience below is shared amongst us all. Luckily for us, the stay was for just one night. The good (just a few) - price was low, easy access from town. The bad (the lengthier one) - the corridors were very smelly, the bedding and all the sheets / blankets were dirty and had foul smell, the bathroom linen was not clean enough, the breakfast was, what I say, ultra light (not even a light breakfast) and no juices on offer (the juice vending machine was out of order).
