The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX is located in a privileged setting in Salou. A few steps from Paseo Miramar and Ponent Beach. It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely renovated with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.
DISTRIBUTION:
- Bright living-dining room with double sofa bed.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen.
- Main bedroom suite with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Bedroom with double bed.
- Second bathroom with bathtub shared between two bedrooms.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- This apartment does not have a terrace, but it does have large windows.
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Outdoor and seasonal communal swimming pool. (On the building's rooftop)
- Optional parking with supplement. (Not suitable for large cars)
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
