Had i known this,was managed by "Indians/Arabs" i would not have stayed there. Now...dont call me racist for saying that. I had had so many ugly experiences while staying at Arabic Propertys. The rooms are never clean. With this particular stay, as always i do a walk thru. I went into the bathroom and noted black strands of hair covering the floor. I advised the Desk Clerk of the situation. He asked if we would like another room but being that we had checked in at midnight, and my niece had already settled in her bed, i declined the offer. All else looked ok, clean, bed looked comfy. But past experiences just left me restless all nite. I finalky drifted ofc to bed. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN, AND I DID LET MANAGEMENT KNOW I WOULD BE COMPLAINING AND REQUESTING A REFUND. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE XALL ME 928-309-1283. THANK YOU BONNIE

My stay was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The blinds were filthy and stained, the sheets were ripped, and the furniture was worn and damaged. The windows were single-pane and offered almost no sound insulation, so the freeway noise was constant and made it hard to sleep. The adjoining-room door also had a large gap around the deadbolt where the hole had been cut too big, and someone had stuffed tissue around the lock instead of fixing it. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not up to basic standards. I won’t be returning.

Food was gross, coffee maker was broken. No soap in sink and kitchen or lobby bathrooms. We stayed for 3 days and wasnt filled, bathroom tub was broken, the shower head was broken and the toilet wouldn't flush properly.
