I couldn’t get a good rest. A large flock of birds in the tree outside my window woke me at 5:30 am. I moved to the other side of the building and immediately moved again because the windows are cheap and have little sound insulation and the din of the freeway was intolerable. The last room’s bedding smelled strongly of vinegar and I couldn’t get to sleep for hours. Finally, the shower has a knob that turns on the water and adjusts the temperature but there’s no way to reduce the water pressure and the shower head blasted the water into stinging needles. I thought it might draw blood. Awful stay, never again.

We were in Bountiful for a medical reason. We wanted an affordable hotel that was close to our destination and it was. The beds were outstanding and the room was clean and quiet even though it was close to the freeway. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was also very convenient to restaurants and shopping for the few thingsthat we needed
