My key stopped working multiple times. This is frustrating when I have a sleeping toddler in my arms and have to go back downstairs to get it fixed. The hotel smelled and appeared dirty in my opinion.

Very loud. Felt like you could hear everything around you. Kids up and dose the hall running or being loud. The room we stayed in the light from the parking lot was shining in the window and unable to close the curtain more. There seem to be homeless people wondering or living in their car

I have NEVER stayed at a comfort inn like this. So bad. Couldn’t use the pool, it was so filthy. It is clear there is no routine maintenance. I could not use the lock on my door. Absolutely unacceptable. Shower was broken; no tub stopper. Housekeeping was good though, given what they had to work with.

Door wouldn’t lock. Can’t use pool because room isn’t temp controlled so it’s 100* in there. Hot tub broke. I’ve only on floors 2 & 3. Homeless in property. Almost got into a fight cuz a big group made waffles continuously for 45 minutes, not sharing

The staff member that checked me in and out was so disrespectful, unhelpful during an altercation that lead to me feeling in danger. We are frequent guests there, and we always loved having the other front desk worker help us, she has always made us feel welcome, and the maintenance man as well, but this time the one worker was not good to us. We have decided to find another hotel for our weekly travel to salt lake.
