You’ll find a straightforward, comfortable space that lets you recharge and enjoy the downtown vibe.



Sleeping Arrangements

A queen size 12" memory foam mattress provides a restful night’s sleep, and a full sized air mattress is available for added flexibility. The open layout keeps the sleeping area integrated with the living space while maintaining privacy with thoughtful placement of bedding.



Living & Entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, offering a simple spot to watch a show, read, or unwind after a day out. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity. The building shares a gym and a pool table, giving you indoor options for staying active or passing the time during cooler evenings.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen includes the essentials for everyday cooking and casual dining, fitting naturally into the studio’s layout. You can prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a quiet dinner after a late arrival.



Work & Connectivity

A dedicated workspace sits within the unit, allowing you to settle in comfortably for remote work or focused tasks. Reliable WiFi covers the entire space, supporting streaming and video calls.



Bathroom & Laundry

The full bathroom features a walk‑in shower and hot water for a refreshing start or end to your day. An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays or winter travel more convenient; shampoo and standard bathroom essentials are not provided.



Building Amenities

Self check‑in is handled via a lockbox, and the building includes an elevator, exterior security cameras, and a front‑door Blink doorbell monitoring common areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, along with safety equipment, are in place for peace of mind.



Location & Getting Around

With a Walk Score of 72, Transit Score of 66, and Bike Score of 82, you’re well‑positioned to explore Salt Lake City without a car. Downtown, Temple Square, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and the Delta Center are all minutes away, while Salt Lake International Airport is a short drive. Paid parking is available nearby if you choose to bring a vehicle.

The studio is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions for a practical and well‑located base in the heart of the city.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is for you to use except for locked storage cabinets.



Other Things to Note:

Please let us know if you need early check-in, late check-out or a parking permit for the parking lot and we will arrange that for you.



Early Check-in:

$35 fee check-in at 2 PM



Late Check-out:

$35 fee check-out at 12 PM



Parking Options:

On-site parking lot: $5/night
