Roaches in our room, dried food on the floors, stains/dirt on the walls, wires that were duct taped laying on the floor, room was not stock with toilet paper, no towels at pool ad to walk to room wet, roof on pool has holes in it. Very disappointed!

This property was dirty and surrounded by questionable characters. Don't go here. The whole room smelled really bad, the sheets felt like weren't washed and smelt like a transit car.

Curtains were threadbare and torn; only one trash can for the entire room; very few outlets in the room; very dark and poorly lit; the room smelled damp and musty; privacy curtains had holes in them; carpet had a hole near the closet; and the closet doors seemed to be jammed. The hallway carpet was just as poorly maintained as the room. This hotel needs a complete remodel. I won't be staying here again.

Room & staff was great! The included breakfast was okay/average. I didn't have any coffee but my daughter-in-law said the coffee was like water so walked to McDonald's next door to purchase a cup. Hot tub was not up & running, so we didn't get to do that, as planned. Hotel itself was pretty good, but surrounding area was not the best although we didn't see any homeless or other negative red flags. It's just not the best area of town, is all. Overall, I gave our stay a good rating (4). For the price, I would consider staying there again if we were ever in that area.

Lights did not work, asked for queen sized beds got twin sized, holes in the shower, floor in bathtub was not supportive, outlets didnt work, shampoo bottles half empty, bathroom door did not lock, and the toliet would barely flush. Went to front desk about this issue, offered us a different room but the room they showed us was pretty much the same.

The property is currently undergoing extensive renovation, so amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and spa are either non-functional or in very poor condition. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place for at least the next two years until work is completed. While the rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous, the owner appears to be cutting corners and misleading guests. He claimed the nightly rate was $120, but comparable listings show it's usually in the $60–$70 range. It’s baffling that he assumes guests won’t verify this—an outright insult to their intelligence. They even tried to overcharge me beyond the agreed price. I nearly had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but my bank assured me they would handle the dispute, so I held off. This hotel is absolutely not worth over $100 (even with taxes), especially when far better options with breakfast are available just down the road. Stay here only if you want to regret your decision.

Queen bed are just full. Room was fithly. After 10 minutes of my grandchild crawling on the floor his feet and knees were pure black. Very unsafe environment. Drug addicts galore in the parking lot. Homeless trying to come in for food. Felt very unsafe

Wonderful staff and hotel

Our stay was amazing! We had actually booked at a different hotel that was disappointing and worrisome. We booked last minute at this Holiday Inn Express, and it was fabulous! The staff was so wonderful and went out of their way to make us more comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, engaging, and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again, and other Holiday Inn Express locations.

Disgusting grounds nice room

The room was great, except for the damaged curtains. After placing a $150 deposit for pet damage, I decided to take photos, in case I was charged for the damage. The grounds around the hotel were filthy. The entrance we were instructed to use appeared as if homeless people were camped there. The rocks in the landscaping on both sides of the door were filled with dog feces, although the dog area was several yards away and in need of mowing.
