The outside was not very clean and there is a lot of homeless people that walk around made me feel unsafe at times. Parking was only on one side of the property and that made it be crowded. We asked for extra towels 3 times and we finally got them on the 3rd request. The bathroom door seemed like it needed repair because it was hard to close for privacy.

I’m so disappointed in my visit this time. Hot tub was out of order, okay fine. Checked into the room. It smelled like cat pee SOO bad we could barely breath: immediately had to go ask to switch rooms. But they had oversold the 2 bed rooms. They were already in the process of cancelling other people’s 2 bed reservations at the same time. So we had to switch to two separate rooms. They wouldn’t even allow us to take our breakfast up to our room. Staff is so sweet. But that hotel is falling apart everywhere you turn.

The property is pretty clean. They were cleaning carpets at arrival. Overall good place. My issues are: please provide ebough towels for the entire party. 2 towels for 4 people is diabolical...and awful. The pool area is run down a bit, no towels are available, and it smelled of over chlorination. My water loving kids said, "nope!"...and that's saying something. I told the lady at the front that someone's dog pooped in the hallway and she literally didn’t believe me and told me she already knew there was nothing because she already walked around (2 hours before i told her). Okay, ma'am, I was just trying to help. Otherwise, breakfast was decent (not the best of our trip but not the worst), and the aggressive signs about not taking breakfast to your room, not a good look. If you offer suites with entire kitchens, let it go. Are people going to take more than they need? Always. Let it go. Decent place, kind people, and they use Dove products so that's a win for me.

We came for a night to getaway after having a baby. The bathroom was not clean at all, had boogers on the wall, cigarette burns on the bath and we paid $150 for an incidental fee when the room was not in the best condition at all, plus they had told us it was because we had a child with us but the child is only nine weeks old so not sure what damage a baby could do. Staff was extremely rude at check in and very unprofessional.

The first room they put us in smelled like a dog urinated everywhere. The sent was incredibly strong even with the air conditioner full blast. The next room they put us in didn’t look like it had been cleaned minus a bed change in a very long time. Dirt around every inch of the floor boards, torn up carpet that we tripped over, and what looked like pen scribbles on the bathroom floor. We were just very tired at this point and decided to go to bed, the mattresses were bricks, and the a/c barely worked. I stayed here once about 7 years ago and it is vastly different.
Rip in the carpet about 5inches long and came up tripping me as I walked into the room.
