We were in an ADA room and the shower head control would not work. I could not make it work and my husband who is very strong could not make it work. We finally had to have the manager come in and force it to work. This is the third time we’ve stayed there in a row Where the plumbing doesn’t work. The sink didn’t drain the tub didn’t drain. It was just a horrible stain when it comes to the plumbing.

The breakfast was ok, except the eggs and potatoes were cold and soggy. They did not provide high chair for infants. I had to carry the crib they provided to the room, when other properties I’ve stayed at had them delivered. One of the elevators was out of order, so had a line.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but the hotel smelled strongly and artificial-like a bad glade plug in. It was not enjoyable. The elevator smelled like vomit, and one didn’t work the entire time we were there. My husband was caught in the one that did work for about 20 minutes, as it also malfunctioned. The breakfast was legitimately inedible. The rooms were very dusty, however, the bathroom were clean. The surrounding area is lovely, and there were many stores, restaurants, etc., near by. Despite the great location and lovely surroundings, we will never stay there again.

Parking was good, plenty of spaces. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable, in good condition and clean. The coffee/tea machine was excellent! It is nice to have a fresh cup of coffee on the spot.
