No shuttle when I needed it. Had to pay for Uber

When I made the reservation I asked if they had a 24 hour shuttle to the airport and they said yes. When I got there they said no, not 24-7. We needed to leave the hotel about 4am but they said they couldn’t take us until 6 am. Not happy.

Unplanned one night stay after flight cancellation

This is an older property but it was a good place to stay for one night. We used their transportation to the airport which was a great service. Super pleasant and helpful staff and breakfast is provided! Two restaurants are in this hotel and we used both!

After my 10 hour drive I was looking forward to settling in and having a cocktail, but after a long search I was told they don’t have an ice machine that works. Really? This place has a few hundred rooms and no ice. Fricking Motel 6 usually has at least 2! No ice to make a drink. No ice for my cooler with food. And the next day I had Dr appointments and a long drive before home. So I had to leave the area and drive 6 miles to the nearest convenience store! I won’t stay at a Clarion next time!

Depressing

Truth be told, this look like a motel 6 paint over. Pool not available. Breakfast was a hit and miss. Fridge made noise all night long, screaming and yelling all through the night. The bed moves with you. Water smelt horrible. The bathroom door made you think you were locked out, nah they just painted every single thing. So everything gets stuck. So push extra hard, but not too hard. Cause that 250$ won’t come back to you. Water damage to doors, holes still in the walls. Tisk! Felt like they painted over that pink wall, threw a desk and chair in and a said we called it “better”.

No curtains in the shower water went everywhere. lights fixtures in room and toilets loose. toilets faucets loose and came off. Fridge badly stained inside and outside. Very bad odors coming out of rooms. The only good positives where Amelia and another young boy at the front deak, abd the unbeatable price.
