When I got there I was asked to give a $100 cash deposit for the room. This deposit was buried deep in their info on Expedia. It took me ten minutes to find it. Sketchy neighborhood and even sketchier hotel. Never again.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which I booked on short notice and couldn't cancel. Upon arrival, I was surprised by a $100 cash deposit request. We received the last available room on the second floor, accessed through a dirty back entrance with sticky stairs and cluttered hallways. The room smelled musty, the curtains were crooked, and the carpet was grimy. Although the bed sheets looked clean, the bed cover was dirty and had a foul odor. I found something crawling in the sheets that looked like a bed bug, we took video. At that moment we packed and left. When we checked out and showed the video the staff became defensive and claimed we would only get half of our deposit back due to blood-stained sheets. I told her she was lying since we had video evidence. We left frustrated and urge you to remove this hotel from your list. Too many complaints and bad reviews forced us to book another hotel, which isn’t fair since Expedia should vet these properties before listing them. This hotel is unfit for guests and should be closed.

front desk lady was very rude and ignored our ringing of the bell for service for 15m. Finally had to go find a housekeeper to get the lady to help us, didnt know of $100 cash only deposit, dirty hallways, stairs, rooms (bed were good and floor and bathroom were clean) but ceiling, trim, walls were dirty, will never stay here again. Please listen to mine and others comments and go somewhere else no matter if it costs a lil more!

It was good, up until the toilet started to flood in the middle of the night, got woken up with an inch of water across the floor, the staff were horrible and tried to blame it on us and take our $100 deposit (that wasn’t mention anywhere mind you) for the damage caused by THEIR bad plumbing, they would not give us a refund for our stay, horrible customer service do not go here.

The property smelled of smoke, weed, but mostly it was thick with incense, so much that my room on the top floor was near uninhabitable. And we couldn't open a window because the screen was broken out. No breakfast or spa as advertised. Its all storage.

I love this convenient location, however it really needs work. The staff are all friendly and nice. The more timess I visit the more rundown it appears. Slow to fix anything. The lodging crowd is going downhill as the rooms do. This time there was screaming, forced evictions police involvement along with being accosted for "water please ". However. I liked that better than the next spot I went that had mouse & insect traps in the rooms. When i am oflush with money I will differently pay more, "you get what you pay for." As I stayed multiple days and only needed coffe each day, it would be nice to give some money back like other spots when not using up linen or cleaning time.

Nothing special about this hotel except no breakfast like advertised dining room was used as storage room and no hot tub either like advertised and they assumed my daughter was a hooker because she would come in after she got off of work at about 8 or 9:00 in the evening not very appreciated
