At the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We have taken extra precautions to carefully sanatize! Home to 4 wold class ski resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores.

Our Quaint guesthouse is in the much desirable area of Holladay. It has great views of Mt. Olympus, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. We are 2 miles away from downtown Holladay where there are restaurants and Harmons grocery store. Down the street from us is the local well know grocery store called The Store. They are known for their tasty meats, quality produce and the best fresh salsa in town. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.
