This private waterfront wellness retreat on beautiful Salt Spring Island is situated only 5 minutes from town and only 1 minute from the Long Harbour ferry terminal (departing from Vancouver/Lower Mainland). Our home is a cozy and rustic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that is tucked into one of the island’s most sought-after neighbourhoods—and offers a truly unique experience and a set of amenities you won’t find anywhere else.

Start your day with a sunrise swim against the current in the heated swim spa, unwind in the wood-fired sauna, or warm up in the oceanfront hot tub perched right above the water. Afterward, take the plunge—literally—off your private dock into the Salish Sea.

The spacious south-facing deck is drenched in sunshine all day long, making it perfect for lounging, tanning, or sunset watching well into the spring and fall months thanks to the warmth of the bay.

Inside, the home features three bedrooms (two king beds and one queen) and three bathrooms, a well-equipped rustic kitchen, and warm wood accents throughout that give it an inviting, cabin-style feel. It’s the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and rejuvenation.

The property is situated on 1.5 acres and is very peaceful, private, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, trees, and birds. The whole property is completely fenced in if you would like to bring your pups.

Don't want to drive on the ferry or bring a car over from Vancouver/Lower Mainland? Simply park your car in Tsawwassen at the Park & Ride or the BC Ferry terminal parking lot, walk-on the ferry to Long Harbour, and walk-off only 5 minutes to the property. Have a boat and want to boat over to Salt Spring instead? No problem, park your boat on our private dock!

Whether you’re seeking a tranquil escape, a mini wellness retreat, or a cozy home base to explore Salt Spring’s charm, this home is a rare find. Come for the views—stay for the circuit of relaxation.

Guest access: Guests will have access to the whole home and property during their stay.

Interaction with guests: I live in the home most of the year, but during the high season, I stay in the RV that is parked on the property. During bookings though, I stay with my partner so that the guests can have complete privacy. However, I will always be close by to attend to guests needs and concerns.

Please note: There are 2 containers stored on the property soon after you come through the gate. Please also keep in mind, this is an older home that has been lived in by our family and dogs for the past few years, but we have put in countless hours renovating and cleaning the home and property for guests. Rest assured, a few small aesthetic things will not take away from having an absolutely amazing experience at this special property. We have made so many unforgettable memories here and we know you will too!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We appreciate any help with starting the dish washer, stripping the beds, gathering used towels, and taking your garbage and recycling out to the cans next to the lower parking spot before you leave.
