Nice house, good location, sneaky charge

Lovely house, but single glazed windows make traffic noise a problem. More annoyingly is the undeclared security deposit, of which they keep £10 of as ‘admin fee’. Felt like a shady way of charging an extra tenner. Shame because the house was nice, but the admin fee left a bad taste with me for not being transparent at booking.
