Offering ample relaxing space indoors, and a rear yard with a charcoal BBQ and sitting area, this three-bedroom property is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing escape. You can explore Saltburn’s vibrant dining scene, enjoy a 10-minute stroll to the beach, or simply unwind in a peaceful setting.
The Space:
Relax in the inviting lounge, equipped with a smart TV for streaming your favourite shows. A Google Dot speaker is also available for enjoying music, getting updates, or asking questions using voice commands for a hands-free experience.
On chilly evenings, cosy up around the log burner in the second living and dining room next door. Games are available for the whole group to play, while the dining area comfortably seats six.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of cookware, making meal prep a breeze. Additional amenities include an air fryer and ice maker.
Step out to a delightful patio area from the kitchen, featuring a table and chairs for two, perfect for alfresco dining. A BBQ is available for outdoor cooking, and the spacious outdoor space offers a peaceful retreat.
Guests have access to a family bathroom which can be found on the ground floor. The space has a bathtub with overhead shower, wash basin and WC for convenience.
Seascape features two spacious king bedrooms and a cosy twin room, all tastefully furnished with ample storage. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast, you’ll be perfectly placed just a short walk from independent shops, bars, bistros and restaurants as well as the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5-mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline, and the views are truly beautiful!
Getting Around:
Seascape is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds and Manchester.
There are plenty of bus routes through Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
