Wonderful apartment! The property has 3 beautiful air-conditioned suites, a beautifully decorated living room, full kitchen and furnished balcony. Perfect destination for those looking to relax and be in contact with nature!
We take great care of the apartment, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; For reservations over 30 days, we charge for water and electricity.*
