This is an older property in a busy coastal area of Salvador. Not a bad value for the offering. A nice breakfast is included and the location is convenient for walking/touring the coastal area.

The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Eu havia lido avaliações e visto um vídeo sobre o hotel e não acreditei nas más avaliações. Não recomendo a ninguém. Não é por conta da simplicidade, mas a falta de higiene. O colchão e os travesseiros fediam a morrinha, aquele cheiro de colchão velho misturado com suor de anos. Eu precisei pedir a troca dos travesseiros e dois lençóis extras pra cobrir a cama. Além do mais, um lençol fino que cobre a cama é o que você tem para se cobrir à noite. Pedi uma manta na recepção e me foi dada, mas informaram que ela era uma cortesia e que não tinha para todos. Tinha uma baratinha no quarto também, o que parece ser comum. A parede do ar-condicionado estava toda estufada, em claro sinal de vazamentos. A localização é ótima e o staff muito educado e receptivo, são esses os únicos pontos positivos. Café da manhã meia boca. Bolos e pães duros. Me choquei quando li na recepção um aviso de que a estadia podia chegar a R$10.000,00 no Carnaval. Por um pulgueiro desses? Escolham outro hotel. Quis economizar e me lasquei.

Ótimo e completo café da manhã. Localização excelente. Limpeza padrão, excelente! Refeitório limpissimo, Sinal da tv estava oscilante todos os dias. Falta água potável para hóspedes na recepção, sala de estar.

O Hotel precisa de várias melhorias. Encontrei barata no banheiro, toalhas e lençois manchados, a torneira da pia ficava pingando. a internet não funciona, a tv com canais fechados não funciona... a porta do banheiro está podre na parte de baixo. enfim... só encontrei problemas

Tive uma experiência razoavel. O hotel está um pouco velho e precisando de algumas manutenções. O atendimento no check-in foi bom. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, mas nada exagerado. Precisei de algumas dicas de turismo e me ajudaram. Tive problemas com o cifao da pia do banheiro, avisei pelo WhatsApp pois eles nao tem ramal, fui ignorado e somente arrumaram no outro dia depois de eu avisar pessoalmente na recepção. O cafe da manha é bom. O estacionamento é gratuito na vagas externas. Tenho a consciência de que o valor é barato em comparação a outros hoteis, mas acho que poderiam melhorar em algumas coisas, como limpeza e apoio ao hospede.
