The hotel was way more expensive for what it has provided . The rooms were in bad condition and not clean enough, the pictures Provided in Expedia do not show the real conditions of the hotel , be aware.

IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

Um terror

Quarto no subsolo muito velho Duas tomadas ao lado da cama não funcionam Toalhas velhas Não tem interfone no quarto, tem q falar por WhatsApp Lençol sujo e amassado com cabelo (visivelmente não trocaram) Paredes muito morfadas Vidro da janela muito sujo com coco de pássaros Banheiro em determinado horário demora muito pra água ficar quente Tv pequena , com tela manchada de defeito e poucos canais Colchão de mola todo afundado, na posição q as pessoas dormem, então dormi no meio do colchão pq ali a mola funcionava E a cereja do bolo, uma embalagem de camisinha na frente da cama. Sem falar q me colocaram no quarto 11 q tem um motor fazendo barulho q era impossível dormir mesmo com fone com cancelamento de ruído, então fui colocado no 2. O chuveiro com uma placa bem grande pra economizar água e sustentabilidade, mas com uma goteira no chuveiro q incomodou a noite toda. Visivelmente não são coisas pontuais de mera desculpa. Eu duvido q o gerente do hotel deixaria um parente dele nessa situação

Foi tudo bom na estadia, café da manhã maravilhoso. Mas o ar condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar na madrugada, ele ligava mas não gelava, minha sorte foi que o tempo não estava tão quente então deu para dormir tranquila. Eu não quis ir na recepção reclamar pq estava de madrugada. Mas fica aqui o relato. Outra crítica é o uso da piscina que só começa às 10:00, achei super tarde, poderia ser pelo menos às 09:00.

Hotel velho, atendimento confuso e zero preparo

Minha experiência foi decepcionante do início ao fim. Paguei diária extra para garantir entrada em 13/09 pela manhã e, mesmo avisando previamente, ao chegar descobri que o recepcionista alterou minha reserva: trocaram o quarto de casal que escolhi por um de solteiro. Precisei usar esse quarto provisório só para me trocar, descer com malas e esperar até às 14h para ter o que já havia pago e reservado. Outro absurdo: o site promete ferro de passar, mas existem apenas dois para todo o hotel e ninguém sabia onde estavam. Consegui um depois de muita insistência e demora. A única funcionária que realmente ajudou foi a recepcionista Gleice, que tentou resolver os problemas apesar do caos de seus outros colegas da recepção. As camareiras também foram super educadas. Café da manhã bom, mas não compensa a estrutura antiga, elevador arcaico e a completa desorganização. Não recomendo este hotel. Desrespeita reservas, falta organização e oferece uma experiência muito abaixo do que anuncia.

Precisando urgede reforma

Quarto limpo porem a estrutura precária principalmente no, banheiro com revestimentos e piso precisando urgentemente de manutenções, troca, reformas. Cafe da manhã caiu demais a qualidade. Poucas opcoes e a maioria nao esrava com boa apresentação.

Fotos no aplicativo,não condiz com a realidade do hotel. 1* atendimento da recepção logo no ckeckin,não foram solicitos,em relação a explicar como funciona ,horários,só entregaram a chave do quarto,nos colocaram no andar de baixo,no estacionamento,em um quarto n*002 onde nem as lâmpadas da chegada,acederam,chamou o rapaz da manutenção,verificou e do nada normalizou,a cama além de ser colchão modelo antigo e velho ,um lado ,estava descido ,prejudicando a coluna ,lençóis velho ,e com piolho,fronhas a impressão que estava sujas,tomada emendada,chuveiro que malmente esquenta,banheiro super pequeno,papel higiênico pessima qualidade,janela de frente à uma parede. Dormimos a 1*noite,logo pela manhã reclamamos,disseram para retirar as coisas do quarto ,que meio dia realocaria. Fomos para o café da manhã ,sem variedade,demora de reposição dos alimentos,super lotado com poucas mesas,o qual tem que aguardar ,alguém sair ,para sentar, trocamos de quarto ,e se o outro estava ruim ,nos colocaram em um péssimo o 013,onde a vista da janela ,era para o esgoto ,não podia abrir ,mal cheiro terrível e barulho das condensadoras do ar condicionado,banheiro alagando ,a parte onde toma banho ,molhando o banheiro inteiro,lixeira do banheiro sem tampa,muito mofo na parede dos quartos,a rinite atacou logo,a cama com o mesmo problema da anterior,não havia espelho,guarda roupa,a porta para fechar só na base da força. Estrutura do hotel, no modo geral,está decaído,antigo,sem manutenção ,só querem colheita
