CartĂŁo de acesso ao quarto desmagnetizava em minutos, mesmas opçÔes no cafĂ© da manhĂŁ todos os dias (passei 20 dias), barata no quarto - matei barata todos os dias que estive no hotel, mesmo mudando de andar para o 11, limpeza do banheiro com pano sujo espelho todo manchado pelo pano, pia sem lavagem. Roupa de cama e banho muito usadas, furadas, colchĂŁo rasgado com espuma saindo. Precisa de reforma com urgĂȘncia.

ExperiĂȘncia muito ruim os corredores do hotel e o quarto cheira a mofo, elevadores velho sujo, cafĂ© da manha deixou a desejar com pouca opçÔes de comida, quando cheguei no hotel nao tinha vaga meu carro ficou na rua. Nao recomendo.

A localização do hotel Ă© excelente; entretanto, observa-se que o estado de conservação e manutenção das instalaçÔes encontra-se em declĂ­nio. Com problemas como vazamentos, presença de mofo e suportes soltos, especialmente no banheiro. O que contribuiu para minha permanĂȘncia no hotel foi a qualidade do atendimento, tanto na recepção quanto no serviço de cafĂ© da manhĂŁ. Acredito, contudo, que a gestĂŁo do hotel deva considerar a necessidade de uma reforma. Considerando que minha estada foi de curta duração, a experiĂȘncia pode ser considerada satisfatĂłria.

Quando cheguei encontrei o assento do vaso sanitårio sujo. Ar-condicionado com infiltração, ficava pingando não me disponibilizaram nem um pano a mais. Chuveiro elétrico sem funcionar.
