Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

A cama é bem confortável e o chuveiro bem gostoso, já a limpeza deixou a desejar. Apareciam várias baratinhas no quarto. E também tive problemas com o check in, assim perdendo quase uma diária inteira pq o hotel estava sem sistema. Me fizeram ficar aguardando na recepção, até que viram que o sistema não voltaria e liberaram nossa reserva. Isso já era mais de 3 da manhã. O café da manhã é bem ruim

Fiz reserva para 5 funcionários em 1 quarto duplo e 1 triplo e colocaram em 2 apts com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro, fazendo com que tivesse que dormir 2 homens em 1 cama

Decepcionado.

Check-in rápido porém condições dos quartos inferiores as fotos, o que mais indignou foi a quentão do hotel todo ter apenas um secador para o hotel todo! e ainda assim perderam, ou seja tive de comprar um secador para usar na estadia, pois a equipe não fez nada para auxiliar, café mediano, cama e travesseiros duros, todas as janelas parafusadas impossibilitando abertura delas.
