Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Apenas reclamo da tv que não pegava a Globo. Reclamei com a recepção logo qdo cheguei e falavam que iam providenciar e isso não ocorreu até o meu check-out. Muito lamentável o hotel não ter uma equipe técnica de manutenção!

Por ser uma rede muito grande não vi nada demais a não ser travesseiro e rasgados colchões vencidos a recepção 70% muito mal educada você dá um bom dia e não responde mas 30% deles são muito educados atendimento do quarto para recepção pelo zap para responder é uma eternidade o café da manhã repetitivo todo dia a mesma coisa e muito fraco a piscina dá para contar as pedras de cerâmica solta até a entrada o portão tá caindo com a dobradiça quebrada o quarto com mofo no teto próximo ar condicionado o banheiro a pia entupida de rosto não gostei muito o café da manhã só serve bolo queijo presunto salsicha picada ovo batido cuscuz nada de especial todo dia a mesma coisa para falar a verdade não recomendaria ninguém

Fiquei em um quarto legal, grande e com uma vista linda, em geral eu gostei só alguns pontos que precisa melhorar, como por exemplo a limpeza só teve serviço de quarto uma vez e não foi limpo quase nada, foi uma limpeza que parece que só fez arrumar a cama e repor o sabonete… O hotel deveria oferecer shampoo e condicionador como a maioria oferece, também não tinha sabão para as mãos na pia, além de que choveu e estava infiltrando água pro quarto o chão molhou e as cortinas, precisei usar o pano de chão do banheiro pra secar e depois solicitei outro pano de chão na recepção disseram que iam providenciar mas nem levaram, tive que desce para pegar! Não oferecem nada assim de “mimo” para os clientes como um cantinho arrumando com café, chá, essas coisas. E o café da manhã é bem simples e não tem variedades.
