A few steps from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of South Salento we find a comfortable two-room apartment perfect for your Salento holidays. The complex to which it belongs is located in a slightly raised position and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view.
The attic is located on the upper floor of the building and externally has: entrance with access staircase to the upper floor, balcony with external corner shower (convenient when returning from the sea) and large terrace with enviable sea view, equipped with everything needed to enjoy relaxation outside. Internally there is: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and new kitchen equipped with every utensil.
You can comfortably park your car close to the house as there are several free places.
Nearby there are several services within easy walking distance such as: tobacconists, minimarket, newsagents, bazaars, bars, rotisseries and pizzerias, restaurants.
A few hundred meters away, fish shops, port, info point and first aid point.
Bed/bath linen available on request at an extra cost of EUR 15 per person. Pets not allowed.
