Superior villa w/ fantastic sea view & little pool
Nestled in the gentle hills of Apulia, just a 15-20 minute walk from the golden sandy beaches of Torre Pali, this stylish and individually furnished holiday home awaits you. The windows flood the modern, tastefully designed rooms with light, while three comfortable bedrooms, two elegant bathrooms and a large living room offer the highest level of living comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, and the spacious, Mediterranean-planted garden with a small, private pool ensures refreshing moments. A highlight is the spacious, southwest-facing terrace: from here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the landscape and the endless, deep blue Ionian Sea a sight that is enchanting at any time of day and especially at sunset.
The villa offers enough space for up to 7 guests. Two of the bedrooms one of which has a sea view and en-suite shower room each have a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. In the spacious living room there is another single bed that can be used as a sofa during the day. The second shower room is accessible from the hallway. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle as well as dishes, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils. A moka pot is available. There is a 32" TV in the living room; if you bring an HDMI adapter, you can connect it to your smartphone, tablet or notebook to stream your content (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.). Of course, there is unlimited WiFi. The house is fully air-conditioned (cold or warm, depending on the season) and can be used all year round. A washing machine is available.
At the front of the house there is a covered terrace with sea views. There is another terrace at the back; here you will find a small pool (approx. 3x3m) with a whirlpool function, ideal for cooling off and relaxing. The spacious, approx. 10,000 square meter and completely fenced property with Mediterranean vegetation is exclusively for your use. There is also a barbecue (for charcoal). There is plenty of private parking on the property and even a wallbox to recharge your electric car, connected to the photovoltaic panels on the house rooftop.
The coastal town of Torre Pali with its medieval tower ruins, now completely surrounded by water, is about 500 meters from the house. Here you will find a few small shops, cafes, gelato places and restaurants. There are several beautiful sandy beaches near Torre Pali, both free and those where you can rent umbrellas and loungers. Particularly worth mentioning is the natural sandy beach of Isola della Fanciulla with its small island offshore.
Within a few minutes by car you can also reach some larger supermarkets and very good restaurants. Popular destinations such as Santa Maria di Leuca with its lighthouse or Gallipoli with its beautiful old town can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.
Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.
