Room was clean but very warm, no airflow and couldn't adjust the AC to be cooler. Overall nice and the Breakfast option were nice as well. Staff was Some very nice and helpful but a couple of them not as much. Walkable to transportation but Old Salzburg area is a much further walk.

Being near train station makes it convenient for movement. No tea/coffee or hot water in room. No table chair in room. Too many loungers and cane swing - of no use. Front desk demands lot of verification before providing a bottle of water. And insists that guests bring down bottles before they are given one. My husband was asked to bring down the wine bottle to open rather than take a bottle opener to the room!!! At the per night price they charge, I found amenities/services do not measure up in value. We booked the hotel seeing review rating of 9.2 The hotel does not demand such rating.

Was charged a city tax fee which was not mentioned in the original listing. I understand all tourists staying in Salzburg must pay this fee, but it should've been mentioned in the booking, otherwise the price listed is misleading.

Wonderful location close to the main train station with adorable decorating and comfortable room. Loved the ability to fill bottles with either sparkling or still water. Only complaint - would love to have either coffee in the rooms or a free coffee station in the am in the lobby. That would be perfection.

I loved this hotel. It is super modern and close to everything. It is next door to the Bahnhof, 9 minutes walk to Mirabelle palace and 15 minutes to old town. Breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay again.

Nice neat, clean hotel within very easy walk of the main Salzburg HB station . Fun swing in the room , it no fridge, microwave , kettle or iron in the room ( kettle & microwave downstairs near reception ) . Room was a little hot , but otherwise very comfortable, would stay again for the convenience if travelling by train

A great spot when you don't feel like hauling your luggage around all over town. The main bus terminal is only a block away making it simple to run all over the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, great shower.

The hotel room was really nicely curated and so modern. It appeared clean and in good order. The location was a 5 minute walk from the main train station and an easy 15 minute walk into the main part of this beautiful city so super convenient. Transit also right outside the door so couldn't ask for more in that regard. The reason I gave a 3 star was because the bathroom was lacking any hooks to hang clothes or shelves for toiletries as well the air conditioning was inadequate. The outside temperature during the day was about 23 degrees C at the end of April making the hotel room very warm for sleeping at night despite having a/c at 18 c and fan on full. The staff were extremely pleasant though and overall good value for money. I would stay again but not when weather is warm.
