Terrible from beginning to the end. Started off claiming I didn’t pay a deposit, which Expedia confirmed was paid. Demanded full payment. Food awful, drinks, awful. Service seriously lacking but not bc of the staff but bc they were severely understaffed. Room service is non-existent. We ended up buying our own alcohol as they only served non branded liquor and beer one beer. Had to chase down house keeping to get a towel bc when they cleaned,they took the dirty towels including hand and wash cloths but only left ONE shower towel afterwards. My husband asked for two pillows and they told him they probably “wouldn’t do that”. So many problems, too many to list.

My fiancé and I were traveling and checked into our rented condo, but unfortunately the AC was broken. We looked up AZURE and decided to check out this location for our week-long stay. From the minute we walked in the door, the staff was kind and welcoming, and we received a tour of the resort and immediately fell in love with it. We decided to book and stay for the week. I have had the opportunity to travel to other all‑inclusive locations, and this one was by far the best place I have stayed at. This resort is truly 5 stars. The staff, food, and rooms were all top‑notch. This is a smaller, adults‑only resort; we enjoyed the pools and quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

The Shade in Room didn’t work so finally the last night they came to look at it said they will have to come back The swing chair on porch. The class was bent when we got there so I asked them to fix it. They put a real small cheap ring on it and said it was fixed. Then my wife and I sat in it and it fell. I hit the ground hurt my back. I’m 65 years old. All they did was says are you OK and then they came back and put a bigger clasp on it, and just my wife sat in it from their own. The pillows on the bed were for a twin bed The mattress had only flat sheet should have fitted sheet The bar had certain items like Malibu rum when we got there not top shelf liquor The steak night was terrible very fatty meat The staff Mrs. Kayla was awesome Erelin Polo Alexhondo his new assistant not sure her name very sweet Emminy The Pastry guy Breakfast was Awesome The lady making omelet We were not informed of all the amenities of when they opened like the area where the bachelor in paradise was filmed behind the breakfast area

This was a great vacation and all of the staff were very friendly. It’s a two hour drive from Liberia but is quieter than most all inclusive resorts which is what we were looking for. They had rotating restaurants to reserve for dinner with unique menus and made great drinks.

The resort is very nice, definitely enjoyed our experience here. The food was good, and staff was super friendly. Not able to get Ubers but hotel helped with calling a taxi which was very easy (though only takes cash). It’s far from the airport but we loved our stay here

Beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the pool and the beach. It wasn’t busy in early November. The bar services excellent cocktails with quality alcohol. Friendly staff. Loved the certified yoga instructor. More 8am classes would be awesome Cons-AC not working in gym. Increasing size of gym would be an asset. Terrible bathroom, designs a solid door would help.

The swim up room was great and the pool and pool bar was wonderful. Johnathon, Rolo and the other staff did a great job. This is a very relaxing slow-paced vibe which is exactly what we needed.
