The property manager was helpful. An issue with the washer was taken care of for us. The condo unit was spacious however squeezing 5 king beds left no room for bedside tables which are really needed (for things like a CPAP machine) and no dressers to put things on. Pots and pans in the kitchen are in terrible shape and instead of 5 tv's maybe better quality supplies in the kitchen would improve things. We did not cook anything given the terrible state of the pans and missing things like a can opener. Otherwise, the location worked well. The information binder could use additional information.

A very nice vacation home with a great location

This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious.The property manager was very reaponsive, to the few concerns/issues we had. She was on top of everything. Like all houses, things sometimes go wrong, we had the heater in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, she right away sent the electrician and tried all she could to get it fixed. And since it was only the 3 of us, we didn't need it fixed right away, we had another bathroom with hot water. The master bathroom didn't have a water heater, and still i was able to use the shower, just needed to be prepared it's a tap water temperature shower. .The coffee makers werent working, the property manager Maria, got us a brand new one right away. Other than this, the view is spectacular from the 5th floor overlooking the ocean and ACs are perfectly working. I'd go there again next time i go to CR.

Samara condo review

This is a lovely condo about five minutes from the beach in Samara. I recommend this if you want to be pampered and isolated from the town. It is a bit of an uphill hike and you may want to rent a golf cart. Great host!

Nice Quiet Location

Maria was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo has great views and plenty of room. Beds are comfortable and AC can cool it down in the evening. Close to the beach but there is a good hill to climb on the way back up. Easy to walk to restaurants in town via the beach if interested. Guards at the property are awesome but don't speak much english so bring a Spanish speaker if possibe. Nice and quiet as well with posted quiet hours. We'll be back.
