High class experience

The stay at Julio's house was very pleasant. The house was clean and very high-class, the beds and rooms were also very spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking. The host gave local suggestions, provided every information/phone numbers a tourist would want or need about the island and everything there is to do here. He helped and was just very easy-going, he made the stay even more pleasing. We felt very comfortable and would definitely want to repeat our stay. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing stay in San Andrés close to its best beaches

We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . The place has a functioning washer and a powerful AC in every room. It was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I were to visit San Andrés again.

Fantastic Place!

Julio is definitely a super host! He is very attentive to the needs of his guests, very helpful with tips on what do around the island and where to eat. It is awesome having him live right under the rental and what is even cooler is that all the houses around are family members! So the neighborhood is super calm and awesome to be in. The rooms are fantastic and well furnished with awesome AC units that work super well for those of us that melt in the sun. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
