1st night was horrible because the people above me were stomping on the floor and banging doors till the next day. I finally went to complain and within 15 minutes I was moved to the top floor with no other problems. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.

The charge to bring a pet is RIDICULOUS!

The room was clean. The walk-in shower was great, which is why I booked the room. However, AmericInn was advertised as pet-friendly. Not until I was ready to check in online did I see that the cost to bring my pet was going to be $60. Pet-friendly? I think not. Even the lady at the front desk knew the charge was ridiculously high because she felt compelled to try to sell it to me as reasonable by saying, "This is a one-time charge for the entire stay, and it is the same charge whether you bring one or more pets."

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — I especially loved the plush bedding and spacious bathroom.

Nice pool and hot tub

The outside area with the pool and hot tub were very nice and all in working order...even had pool towels available at the end of the evening! The hot tub had been broken and fixed just before we arrived. Hotels rarely both to fix them and it worked great!

The staff was great. The property was clean but the walls are paper thin, people were out at the pool being loud and obnoxious till 3am and the people above me were so loud. I couldn’t get any sleep.

The shower pressure was amazing and there was hot water! Best hotel we've stayed at all week, on our way back home from SD to TX. The room was very clean and the bed comfort was great. At our check-in, there wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived, it took about 5-10 mins for someone to show up but she did accommodate my hubbys inquiries as we were filing out the form (extra towels, sheet, toothbrushs/paste) and she was really friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Our overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend!

We booked ahead of time, after calling the property, through expedia. I mentioned we had children. Then we arrived & after we checked in, they let us know that the pool & hot tub were down. That would have changed our minds kn staying there if that was mentioned prior to payment. We drove a long ways, and the kids wanted to swim....

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaints we had was that when we wanted to go use the pool or hot tub, they were both filled with hundreds of bugs, including several of those large roaches. So, we decided to go to the lake instead. I also had intended to do some work while I was there and the business center was offline. When I asked about it, they seemed to not know how long it had been offline or how to log in. I was forced to go find a library to print off some paperwork and it ended up costing me a few hours instead of about five minutes.

last minute booking and they were great. Definitely overpriced for a bed to sleep in. The pool was very nice. If you are going to compact the rooms this way..make it price appropriate. I paid $200 a night for a very small room where we were on top of one another. I normally pay have that for a much larger and more comfortable room. I had another adult and 3 kids with me. Whew! With all that said....service was great. Staff was awesome. The question bout eco friendly bullcrap....stop it. So silly. LOL. I could not have driven my Tesla and charged it....I don't care about the fact that you don't come get the dirty towels and bring fresh ones each day...if you want to call that level of Motel 6 service eco friendly...um, okay.
