The breakfast bar was good however there were very few options. It would have been nice to have something other than eggs for a hot or cooked option. No one told us that there would be extremely LOUD music starting at 9:00pm that would last for at least one hour. We were so tired and exhausted from our trip and had retired at this time and this made the stay a nightmare. Guest services offered a quieter room. Who wants to pack up everything after they’ve gone to bed? For this I give them 1 star.

Fabulous service and accommodation. Everything was excellent. The room perfect, the view perfect. The staff, accommodating and polite.. would stay here again in a heartbeat and loved my view from the room. Wonderful amenities and a great mini kitchen. Breakfast is included, which I haven’t had yet but I’m sure it’ll be in the same quality as the rest of the stay. .

Overall, I would recommend this property. Proximity, location, cleanliness, and service (front desk and engineering) were great. Housekeeping, on the other hand, was horrible, ignoring requests, didn't greet (frowning), and seemed irritated even when asked nicely. Opportunities for improvement: my room's shower gel was completely out, and the toilet paper was almost depleted. Upon asking for the shower gel, the attendant just handed it to me and didn't assist in placement onto the bathroom wall.
