The please did not match description at all , there’s was no floor at the stair or downstairs . The door knows where broken so the chances of getting rob was high , we couldn’t just leave since it was to late . The upstairs restroom almost flooded . There was a horrible smell at home . Then I get a phone call from the host the next day ask how everything was , and I ask about my return on my deposit and she was like well everything looks good at the house and you should receive it Monday or Tuesday so two days later she emails me again to let me know no we are charching you extra for every extra member that was brought now I won’t get my refund when nothing of this was mention I did also send her photos of how bad everything was and didn’t even get an apology . Run from here this place is not in a safe spot . Nothing like the description there’s no Luxury in this place . Horrible communication . Horrible stay . Run away specially if you have kids . What supposed to be a nice getaway for spring brake it turn horrible .

The location is in a very bad area, we did not feel safe. The inside of the property was not clean. The communication with the host was terrible. Expedia was not able to transfer to a new location.

Home away from home

This place was amazing for my family size! Everyone was comfortable and slept well. Showers were hot. It's a cute little place. Checkout could be a bit later but other than that perfect!!

Not Brand New at all!

Definitely do not recommend this stay if traveling with a family. For starters there is no scenic view. The home overlooks an alley way filled with mattresses and homeless people. Parking is extremely limited and not paved. Once we entered the home we were still trying to look for the positive but found a futon that was completely worn down to the metal, bar stools that were nearly broken and dirty towels in the washer. We made due after a long day at theme parks just to find out 3 days later that we were being charged $100 for a minor stain on a bed sheet that we don’t even know if it was there to begin with! Beware booking with these owners!
