Let’s start with the fact that the photos the owner is using to advertise the property are the same ones used when the property was purchased over 10 years ago you can see those photos on Zillow. The house is in despair and is falling apart. From the holes in the ceiling, multiple doors that are falling apart, handles falling off, the floor that is unstable upstairs and then let’s talk about how disgusting and dirty. It was like it had never been cleaned, from the large amounts of dirt and grime in the bathroom in the kitchen it was disgusting. Our king size bed in the master bedroom had been slept in, There was hair and dirt in it. The other two bedrooms that had queen size or larger beds also had dirty sheets and the beds looked slept in as well. There was one towel in the master bedroom, even though we told them there would be eight people staying there. There was three towels in the other bathroom. The handrail on the stairs is coming off up top. Don’t think about using the popcorn machine, it was filthy. Funny enough there is a guest book downstairs where people have been complaining about the properties Lack of cleanliness for years in. The back sliding door does not open so if there’s a fire, so sorry you’re stuck. And there are holes in the fence so if you’re bringing young children with you, don’t let them go outside down the broken stair steps to play.
