The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee.

Tidy and cozy apartment with all of the essential amenities, including covered off-street parking and in-house laundry, located in the lovely and hip Alta Vista/Monte Vista neighborhood. Great place to stay. A fabulous coffee shop (Philoçoffee) is just a short walk up the hill. Highly recommended.
