Newer la Quinta stay

Clean because it’s new and not a lot of trashy people - def not in a colored area of town- just a La Quinta that’s newer, nothing special but quiet and safe

Not very clean

Very convenient to shopping, dining and Fiesta Texas. The hotel was not very clean. There was a messy spill in both elevators that was not even cleaned up overnight. The bathroom in our room had dirty walls. For a newer hotel, this surprised me. We did not get to have breakfast because it ended at 9am, and we missed it. Seems a little early to end breakfast. I would probably check out another nearby hotel if we were to visit this area again. Cleanliness is a must for me.

No safe in room and not enough places in the bathroom to hang towels. The room was sufficient for a couple nights but definitely not worth the price. A good feature was Samsung Plus Tv.

Great hotel for the price as far as proximity to shopping and entertainment! Walls, ceiling , and door to hallway paper thin so not great for sleeping if neighbors loud like ours were.

My son and I stayed here for a few nights for Spring Break. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The front desk attendant had wonderful customer service upon check-in. The property is well maintained and inviting. The rooms were really nice and clean. They provided Dove products which put the cherry on top. Breakfast was a self serve breakfast, which included a waffle station. They kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked to accommodate all the guest. The Rim is a newly developed area in San Antonio and offers tons of dining and entertainment option that are within 3-5 mins of the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Our room had an adjoining door and these doors are not very soundproof. The family next to us were very loud in there conversation and had little children that were crying and a dog! We had to call downstairs because they were up at 11:30p still being disruptive to our peace and quiet. Staff in the morning had a careless attitude and was very unconcerned about our complaint when we shared our unpleasant night experience

Nice place except

We got there at 5pm and they did not have a room ready. We had to wait until after 7pm to check in. Also, the server for breakfast was rude. She spoke down to my children and complained while she was setting up the food about how tired she was and the work was too much.
