Outdated rooms with poor ventilation . Our room had Old dark carpet which left me skeptical about walking on it barefoot. Was expecting more from a highly name hotel.

I love the Westin so little they can do to disappoint me. This property seemed a little bit older and in need of tlc aesthetically in for me, miscellaneous places places, also miscellaneous things out of order, but the overall Westin feel was there that I know and love

The staff was very polite and helpful. However, the hotel appears to be in economy mode. The entrance fountain was not working. Room amenities do not appear to be cared for. Bathroon sink, was leaking from the faucet. The fridge was not cold. Housekeeping did not clean and make up the room despite that we did not signal the door tag to "not disturb". I snagged a thorn in my foot from walking on the carpet. Could have came from my own sho but based on the care from the housekeepers, not sure if that was there before. If it were not for the polite staff, my review would be harsh. Staff needs a better maintained facility

Slow check in. One agent at 4pm. No free wifi. 9.95 a day if you chose to use it. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms. Nice, cleanly atmosphere.

the service at the bar was great the drinks were priced higher that normal. The breakfast at 9:00am was cold but the coffee was great. As far as the staff at breakfast they were great . Used to a softer pillow. Will defenatly stay again but will bring my pillow next time.

Old Friend Aged Sadly

Ten years ago, this hotel was a destination for our family. Great staff, great location and two beautiful pools. My husband and I loved the sauna and the gym and we all enjoyed the indulgence of late meals poolside or early mornings via room service before a trip to a local theme park. Now, the planters are empty of flowers, the fountain is dry and the rooms are worn, dark, tired and, frankly, dirty. I was hoping for a middle-age renaissance with the rebranding of this former Omni to a Westin, but, no. Even the mini-fridge is bare in the non-ACed gym. For a visitor over time, the experience was sad. I did enjoy the upgraded bed and bedding but was awakened each time the air kicked on in the middle of the night to noisily blow straight on me. Even room service was a vestige of its former self. When I called to order coffee service around 7:30 p.m. (the coffee shop closes in the afternoon), the person I spoke to was surprised at my request; telling me that he"...would have to brew 10 gallons" just to fulfill my request and that it would be "expensive". I did it anyway, but no trolley arrived, just a go-cup of coffee with a handful of Coffee Mate. Sigh. BTW, it is not my hair in the photo of the tub; it was there when we arrived.
