Prior to my stay, I requested a pack and play, upon arrival I requested again and then requested one a third time before walking down to the front desk and getting one in my hands and taking ur up myself. Additionally, I was placed in a room that overlooked the restaurant. The room had no usable window, and the noise from the restaurant made it extremely difficult to rest at night. Considering the price paid and the expectations set by the hotel, this experience was incredibly disappointing—especially when traveling with a baby. These issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay and do not reflect the level of service that should accompany the cost. I hope management will take this feedback seriously.

Overall great. However, phone didn’t work. No conditioner in bottle. half roll of toilet paper to use and had to use it sparingly. Don’t care where the AC is stationed. Little things that didn’t make it so bad at all. Thank you.
