The room and hotel were not nearly as they were advertised in photos. Stains everywhere on the wall and bathroom door, blood stain on the shower mat, toilet seat had black residue from previous use that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The room and bed were smelly. Overall terrible experience. I will not be staying here again nor recommend to anybody else.

First time staying at an APT Suites. It is very different than a traditional hotel. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable, nice size, nice kitchen and large TV's. You are basically renting a small apartment and there is no attendant or services like a traditional hotel. The biggest issue that I did not realize when I booked the room, is you must check in by 5:00pm. I had to change plans to get there and check in by 5. Location left more like a commercial area and was a little inconvenient to get to. Over all, the room was very spacious, nice and we didn't have any issues, just was a little different. I like nice places and to be catered to somewhat. But, If you don't like interaction and would rather feel more on your own and just want a nice room without any services, then this place is really nice?

The staff was friendly and very apologetic.. when first walking in looks very nice but once I got to the bedroom the pillows were stained as well as the blanket and blanket was freyed from stitching being washed I assumed. Also the pillow case had a hole in it. I checked out less than an hour after checking in.

This was an extremely spacious, tastefully decorated suite..quite impressed for the price. Checkin was easy using the drop box. Only concern was the nous3 from I-35..but honestly the bed was so comfortable, i still had a great sleep. Would stay again!
