We traveled into SA late at night and checked in. We were exhausted and once we had settled in my son found bed bugs in the bed not one not two but several we called the front desk and were given another room we would have stayed somewhere else but like i said we were exhausted. I definitely will never stay here again. We have video of the bugs crawling.

The hotel is a great place to stay, convenient location for me. I also fell safe in the location at The Rim. A couple of things I did not like this time is 1 paying for parking, I’m In SanAntonio once a month so repeat customer and with out any added benefit as security patrolling the parking lot so what is the $10.00 a night being used for and second the window shade was broken in the room I was in. No way to get any sunlight in my room.

Great place to stay from check in to the room. Friendly staff all around. Breakfast was great! Have a pool table in the lobby to hang out & play a bit. Will be coming back here for sure.

The hotel lobby was nice, clean, and felt very new. I did have to wait about 8 minutes before someone came to the front desk. When he arrived, he asked how he could help, but the check-in interaction was very minimal. Our room was clean and nice, but very small. Our pack ’n play didn’t fit in the room, so we had to place it by the window. We also kept hearing strange noises during our stay, which turned out to be the refrigerator. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the room size and front desk experience could be improved.
