Very next to MASPALOMAS DUNES (10min walking distance) and 5min walking distance to YUMBO Center (Gays night life) and all amenities, SUNNY in winter from morning to afternoon. Only criticism was the balcony light remained on all night which made sleeping difficult - suggest a black out blind
