Very modern recently renovated apartment with Ac and swimming pool. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. You can just walk to the iconic dunes of Maspalomas, the best beach of Canary Islands!
The apartment is very bright but every room has blinds for perfect rest at night.
It is a safe complex with 24 hour security guard. We provide bath towels, beach towels and beddings.

Bring Sun Block

Stayed one month. Great apartment - very spacious. There’s a mini food shop right down stairs. The bus stop for all buses is 50 feet away. “Toro” serves excellent food. Apartment had everything I needed. Very clean. Never needed to use “air conditioner” - the breeze is fantastic.

Perfect for our needs. Well equipped with electrical goods. Great support from the 'welcomer'. The top floor location (stairwell only) contributed a daily cardio workout, but might be a problem for those with restricted mobility. We can highly recommend this property!

Fantastic clean modern apartment with everything you need to make your holiday great

The apartment is really clean, modern and sleeps six. Beds are all really comfortable, beach towels and bath towels provided. Dany is great he met us at the apartment and showed us everything and then came back, picked us u and took us to buy football tickets to see Last Palmas v Real Madrid! He then sent directions to the stadium and kept in touch through the whole week. Everything is very close by, pools are great and complex is spotless. I will definitely be going back. I can highly recommend this apartment. We were a family of 4 and we had 4 friends meet us there. The apartment was more than big enough even with 4 adults and 4 large children in it. Loved it!!!

Apartment perfect for what we needed but HomeAway a rubbish agent

Apt was very nice & Dany was extremely helpful. My only criticism is small. There were 3 of us but there were just 2 sets of keys. Otherwise perfect. HomeAway on the other hand were less that helpful. I’d to make 3 phonecalls before I found someone (in Texas) who could help me. I agreed with the landlord that I would pay the safety deposit to him in cash on the day we check in. HomeAway wanted to take the 250€ almost 5 weeks BEFORE we travelled. They would hold MY money for 5 weeks, gaining interest. This is outrageous. I will not be using HomeAway again. There are lots of alternatives out there

Location is super, not good with a car as it is quite busy area and difficult find a parking place. Also because area is busy it is not so quiet, and garbage trucks are coming about 5am.

Ruhiges Appartment

Ruhiges Appartment in einer guten Lage. Ca. 5 Gehminten bis zum Strand. Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe / Abnahme unkompliziert. Kostenloses Parken in der Seitenstraße möglich. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Küche ist leider sehr spatanisch ausgestattet. Würde ich wieder buchen.
