Great stay, lovely bungalow in wonderful gardens. So relaxing and peaceful. Very clean and tidy. Went all inclusive and food and drinks were great. I would return.

Lovely bungalows, great location

These bungalows are very nice, clean and comfortable, the bed is enormous:-) My only complaint was the food, plenty of it but not very good quality, e.g. One night the main hot dish was chicken drumsticks!, in a 4* aparthotel! Paid 20€ for wifi but it didn't work in room 109, but they refunded my money. Free wifi in reception.

Der große Pool war wegen laufenden Bauarbeiten geschlossen. Ein Hinweis durch den Veranstalter erfolgte nicht. Die Lärmbelästigung und der fehlende Pool waren wirklich ärgerlich.

Wir hatten einen Bungalow der schön war, die Anlage ist gepflegt, auch eine schöne Poolanlage (der Pool könnte wärmer sein). Das Buffet gab es im Hotel Rondo, war wohl etwas kleiner wg. Corona, aber lecker und abwechslungsreich, könnte jedoch etwas wärmer sein, oder eine Mikrowelle anschaffen. In der HP sind keine Getränke drin und beim Bestellen u. Zahlen musste man hinterher laufen. Sonst alles gut.

Bra semestervistelse!

Hotellet var bra, vi hade all ubclusive, men tyvärr var inte buffén barnanpassad. Det kunde varor en buffé för barn där de kunde se maten. Nu stod maten högt upp så man var tvungen att lyfta barnen.

Die Anlage liegt in einem schönen Park. Unser Bungalow war sauber, die Betten allerdings ausgesprochen durchgelegen und zudem zu hart, was zu Rücken- und Schulterproblemen führte. Der Swimmingpool ist seit ein paar Jahren durch eine Wand unterteilt und seitdem zum Schwimmen nicht mehr wirklich geeignet.

Bra läge i PDI! Väldigt fin trädgård runt bungalows (på andra sidan gatan från Rondo). Det fanns alltid lediga solstolar vid poolen. Bungalown var väldigt basic, typisk charterstandard med bara det allra mest nödvändiga. Men helt ok. Det största problemet var städningen - ingen städning på flera dagar. Ingen diskning på hela veckan, trots att det bara fanns tre glas, tre gafflar etc. Och inte fanns det någon diskborste så att vi kunde diska själva! Vi betalade för wifi, som visade sig vara obefintligt i och runt omkring vår bungalow. (Hotellet avsade sig allt ansvar för wifi, så det kom i och för sig inte som någon överraskning.) Maten var "kontinental" - mycket färgämnen och sötningsmedel i dryck, mat och desserter. Det var tydligt att skandinaver inte var någon stor målgrupp, det var inte en buffé som skulle finnas på ett skandinaviskt hotell. Men grönsakerna var fräscha! Tack vare läget och den fina trädgården var det ändå en positiv vistelse!

Arrivée dans un Bungalow moderne, mais proche du passage et de l'entrée. Bungalow propre mais présence de gros cafards et petits lézards... Restaurant self service bas de gamme, nourriture quasiment toujours la même pendant une semaine type restauration de masse bas de gamme.

Wij kregen bij aankomst direct een rekening gepresenteerd die 100€ meer was dan de boeking. Dit was wegens het verplicht kerstdiner. Daar dit in de boeking niet vermeld was gingen wij hiermee niet akkoord. Na veel bellen en gezeur, ging het hotel akkoord met het boekingsbedrag van Hotels.com. Vervolgens kregen wij een bungalow zonder tuin, zonder zon en recht voor de entré van het park. Volgens Miraflor was er geen ander keus. Wij hadden ons onze voorkeur gevraagd om een rustige plek en wij kregen de drukste plek. Uiteindelijk na veel aandringen kregen wij de volgende dag wel een bungalow op een rustige plek waar wij onze laatste twee dagen van de vakantie konden genieten.

Prenotato un bungalow. All'arrivo non era disponibile.Trasferiti in una camera ,non bungalow,di altro albergo della catena. Abbiamo dovuto accettare per forza di cose. Secondo noi è mancanza di professionalità e di serietà.Massimo e Linda
